How To Apply

We are excited that you are interested in Pacific Northwest Academy and look forward to working with you throughout the admission process. You may call the Admissions Office to request application forms or you may download them below. Application Dates
Kindergarten-6th grade applications for the 2008/09 school year are now being accepted. Early enrollment deadline is March 3, 2008 with decisions being mailed by March 17th and rolling admissions thereafter.

Application Procedure
Step 1 - Contact Angela Milner at 503-582-8838 or info@pacificnorthwestacademy.org to ask questions and find out more about this great school. You can also request a tour, observe classes, request to speak to a current parent, or schedule a time to have your child assessed.

Step 2 - Download Application Packet or call 503-582-8838 to have an application mailed to you. You can mail the application in with a $100 fee or you can bring it in person to the school.

Step 3 - If you haven't already done so, call the school to schedule a time for your child to be assessed. Be prepared for the assessment to last between 45 minutes and one and a half hours. The teacher may also request your child sit in on a class for an hour or two.

Step 4 - Wait to hear from Pacific Northwest Academy on admittance.

Step 5 -Apply for financial aid if you think you may qualify. To apply for financial aid, visit www.nais.org/financialaid/sss.  To have your information submitted to Pacific Northwest Academy, use school code 4023.

Step 6 - Sign enrollment agreement and place deposit to hold a spot for your child

Step 7 - Join the PNA family and start your child on the path of an outstanding education!
